3D printed Flight Control Unit holder
This is a modular design that allows for the sensors and power supply to be placed in a very small space. The entire system can be assembled as a unit, which makes installation easier, especially in cases where space is limited in the UAV. Modular systems allow for the interconnection and standardization of various components, allowing multiple components to fit in a small space. The unified assembly also makes it easier for assembly and maintenance, as the modules can be easily replaced at once.

50V 52Ah LiIon Drone battery
The entire battery pack was customized based on specific requirements, including a 3D-printed cover for optimal use of space. The cells are connected by a spot-welded Nickel plate on top of each cell to act as a protection against over-current. The balancer connector is linked to the cells through a printed circuit board. The entire box is also covered with an external carbon fiber plate for additional protection.
16V 24Ah battery for JS1 glider
A customized battery box, connector and mounting system were developed for the JS1 high-performance glider, taking into account the aviation industry's stringent safety requirements for Li-ion batteries.
